WASC / CIS Accreditation

At present NUCB International Junior and Senior High School is seeking accreditation from two outside organizations: The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS). In order to receive accreditation from these two external associations our school must pass strict quality assessments of both ethical and educational practices. We at NUCB International Junior and Senior High School are working hard to provide stimulating and useful lessons across the curriculum, up to date facilities, and access to current information technology, as well as ensuring a safe and healthy environment in which the students can learn. The current stage of accreditation involves submission of documents describing everything from student syllabi to health policies and even the administrative structure and treatment of teachers. Examination of these documents will be followed by an on site visit to the school campus by accreditation officers from both WASC and CIS in order to determine if and to guide our school in best educational practices for our students. NUCB International Junior and Senior High School aims to be the number one choice for international education in the Tokai area.
